Franck Sonata in A Major-Flute and Piano-Breitkopf (César Franck Sonate A-Dur). This sonata was originally written for violin and piano and later arranged for flute and piano. I. Allegretto ben moderato II. Allegro III. Recitativo-Fantasia: Ben moderato IV. Allegretto poco mosso César-Auguste-Jean-Guillaume-Hubert Franck (1822-1890) was a composer, pianist, organist, and music teacher. He studied privately in Paris with composer, Anton Reicha and later embarked on his career as an organist and teacher in Paris.
