Play Grieg Flute with CD-De Haske
This play-along album features the music of Edvard Grieg (1843-1907), Norway’s most famous composer. Play Grieg features a selection of fourteen well-known and lesser-known works or themes adapted for the flute with CD Accompaniment.
Edvard Grieg was born in Bergen, Norway, in 1843. He attended the Conservatory in Leipzig at the age of fifteen to receive his musical education. From early on, people recognised Grieg as a composer of small forms, deriving his musical material from his interest in Norwegian folk music.
