Renowned Argentine composer, Astor Pantaleón Piazzolla was also a highly respected bandoneon player and arranger. He revolutionised the traditional traditional sounds and rhythms of the Tango to form a ‘Nuevo Tango’ fusing elements of jazz and classical music.
Histoire Du Tango is an exciting and enjoyable work divided into four movements and transcribed and arranged for Flute (or Violin) with Piano. This piece is suitable for advanced flautists and pianists alike.
