In 2012, Lev Levit achieved an agreement with Eva Kingma, the renowned Dutch flutemaker, to manufacture a concert flute with her patented KingmaSystem. Soon after, Mr. Levit acquired the design rights and equipment for the Oston-Brannen flute, the original Kingma System concert flute introduced in 1994.
Constructed from only the highest quality materials and built using the most precise manufacturing processes, the Levit Standard Flute is one of the finest flutes available. Scales and headjoint designs can be
traced directly back to the work of Albert Cooper. Nearly all of the keywork was designed by Bickford Brannen for the Oston-Brannen flute and is both comfortable and strong.
