Shipping policy
UK Deliveries
Flutes – All UK flute orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL, unless otherwise requested. Delivery costs range from £15–£20 per parcel.
Sheet Music & Accessories – All UK orders for sheet music or accessories are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class, unless otherwise requested, at a rate of £4–£5.50 per parcel.
We aim to dispatch orders the same day, subject to stock availability, for orders received before 2:30 PM.
International Deliveries
Flutes – International flute orders are dispatched via DHL. Delivery charges vary depending on the destination, weight, and value of the goods. Customers will receive full tracking information. Customs charges and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Sheet Music & Accessories – International orders for sheet music and accessories are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked International Service. Customers will receive full tracking information. Customs charges and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Incoterms Policy – DAP (Delivered at Place)
Our international deliveries follow the DAP (Delivered at Place) Incoterm:
- The seller delivers the goods and transfers risk to the buyer once the goods are made available at the agreed destination and ready for unloading.
- The seller bears all risks involved in transporting the goods to the named place of destination or any agreed point within that place.
- The buyer is responsible for unloading, as well as any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
