Accessibility

We are committed to making All Flutes Plus as accessible as possible for all our customers.

Our shop is located on the first floor of The Ivories. There is a designated disabled parking space available within the premises, offering convenient access for those arriving by car, and there is a lift available in the building which provides access to the first floor.

To reach our shop, there are five steps in total—one single step followed by a group of four steps. To assist with this, we have portable ramps available, including an extra-long ramp that covers the full length of the steps. While the incline is quite steep, our staff will be on hand to ensure a safe and slow ascent or descent, doing everything we can to support your visit.

If you are visually impaired our staff are very happy to meet you at Essex Road Station and guide you to the shop. Guide dogs are welcome.
