This book contains the pieces that were often used by Moyse in his master classes in the U.S.A. and Europe.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"432\" data-end=\"724\"\u003e\u003cem\u003eSince many flutists throughout the world wanted to use these pieces in concert there were many requests for Moyse to prepare piano accompaniments for them. After discussing this matter with Moyse he agreed to publish this collection of pieces in Japan where there are thousands of Moyse fans.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"726\" data-end=\"1202\"\u003e\u003cem\u003eBecause of the length and great scale of these compositions, these works have been published in 3 volumes. The flute parts are full of numerous valuable expressive markings which clearly identify Moyse’s musical interpretation. The piano parts, however, have been left in their original form as much as possible. A close comparison of the two will prove to be interesting, because one can clearly see how musically these flute parts have been edited from the original edition.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"1204\" data-end=\"1510\"\u003e\u003cem\u003eOne particular piece of interest is Kuhlau’s “Last Rose of Summer” variations which is included in Vol.2.
