Born into a theatrical family, she studied from a young age at the prestigious Ospedale della Pietà in Venice, an institution renowned for its musical education.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBy her teens, Bon had joined the court at Bayreuth as a chamber musician. It was there that she published her first collection, the Six Sonatas for Flute and Basso Continuo, Op. 1, in 1756, when she was still only a young composer.
