Recital featuring Countess of Munster supported artist, flautist, Daniel Shao. Daniel was a woodwind category finalist in the BBC Young Musician Award in 2014. Daniel is joined by Joseph Havlat on the piano.

Daniel’s playing has been described as “shapely and silvery” (Classical Source, 2017) and possessing “virtuosity, charm, and charisma in abundance” (The Telegraph, 2014).

Joseph’s playing has been described as ‘dazzling’ (Tempo Magazine, 2018) and he is ‘a performer of powerful presence’ (New York Times, 2016), displaying ‘ warmth, sensitivity and intent’ as well as ‘unflinching calmness and confidence’ (CutCommon Magazine, 2017).
